Commercial Buildings
IMS specializes in new construction and tenant improvements. We provide skilled carpenters with high quality tools to accommodate specific project needs. We also have the ability to manage any size Commercial Union or Non-Union projects.
Education
IMS provides Finish Carpentry for many educational type facilities. We’ve installed many Elementary Schools, High Schools, Colleges and even Trade Schools. We have several carpenters that also specialize in the installation of Durcon Epoxy Style Lab countertops often used in science labs for chemical resistance protection.
Financial
IMS has installed several banks and credit unions over the years. In these banks, teller lines and ATM enclosures are some of our specialty’s. The intricate teller lines are always a nice focal piece along with the beautiful wood paneling often used in these financial institutions. IMS has drug free carpenters that can provide clean cards and clean background checks often required to work within these facilities.

Industrial / Warehouse
IMS has worked in many Industrial / Warehouse type facilities installing commercial style casework and millwork for offices, shipping, will call and restrooms within the warehouse itself. IMS also takes pride in installing a majority of the doors, frames and hardware within these facilities. Such examples would be hollow metal / wood type doors, frames and windows.

Law Firms are often beautifully designed, classy spaces that IMS takes great pride in building. These projects are often full of custom wall panels and feature walls as focal points along with elegant casework of library cabinets and beautiful custom reception desks. Medical and Dental facilities are another one of IMS many specialties. We have been involved in building many smaller Medical Clinics such as Pacific Dental, Everett Clinics, Indigo Urgent Care to larger scale hospital projects in Swedish, Overlake and Harborview. The typical scope of work involves reception areas, exam rooms, labs, x-rays, surgery rooms and more. We offer installation of casework, millwork, doors, frames & hardware, wainscot, crash rail and more, which are often found in hospitals. We are very familiar with the process of working in these facilities, as cleanliness is a crucial factor that IMS is use to accommodating. IMS also has drug free carpenters that can provide clean cards and clean back ground checks often required to work in these facilities.

Reception desks, feature walls, copy rooms, staff break rooms are all part of the typical office space projects we do on a daily basis. We can accommodate these projects of any size. IMS has worked with many General Contractors to build retail stores and restaurants across the Pacific Northwest, all sizes big or small. Of these stores, many which are located within Malls such as Bellevue Square, Westlake, Pacific Place, Alderwood. Stores include Eddie Bauer, Tesla, Aritzia, Athleta, Gene Juarez, Amazon Books, Ulta and dozens more within these malls have been installed by the IMS crews. Many restaurants including Starbucks, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Pot Belly and Chick-Fil-A are some of the smaller chain restaurants we have installed along with larger restaurants like Fogo De Chao, Tavern hall, Moctezuma’s, Dukes Chowder House, The Crab Pot, and Taylor Shellfish are among just a few that we have completed within the past few years.
